I did a significant amount of research (weeks & weeks) trying to decide the best heating to purchase for our old 200+ year old stone home in Mallorca. I researched all the various options, from forced air, infrared, pellets, etc... and I am so ecstatic that we made the correct decision (so far! - haven't gotten our first electricity bill yet)... but the type of heat these units provide is perfect - keeping our rooms warm and dry, but without drying out the air and causing irritation. We purchased 4 units of the NEO NP (we didn't need the WiFi feature, and kept it old-school). The customer service is great, personable & professional - and delivery was rapid. I cannot express how happy I am with your service. After much deliberation for the last 3 winters I ordered a heater from you yesterday at around 12 midday. I was sick to death of being cold INSIDE my home. I was weighing up the cost compared to what we normally use and how long it would take to arrive, as in, would the weather have warmed up in the meantime. It arrived less than 24 hours later to my door. Payment notification was immediate. Text from delivery company arrived within a few hours and the courier arrived this morning. Hi Tony Further to our conversation on Thursday evening, just wanted to thank you for all the help you have given us in setting up our Neo heaters. We have 3 and live in a fairly large old pueblo house near Gandia with high ceilings and reasonably open plan. The house was fitted with old fashioned convector heaters which ate electricity but we are delighted that since fitting the Neos our house is comfortably warm and the electricity bill last winter was reduced by about Euros 200 +/-.

Richard at Neater Heaters has been extremely helpful, friendly and efficient from start to delivery. The heaters were extremely easy to order online. The products were delivered on time and were packaged extremely well. The heaters were extremely easy to unpack and get ready to use, with the assistance of Tony who prepared them for us prior to delivery. We thoroughly appreciated having your heaters installed last year. This January was the first time that we really had used them and what a difference it made to our bungalow.

Hi An interesting comparison in my total electricity bills for the 7 months November to May: 2011: 862.19€ 2012: 901.82€ I was happy that I was warm at no significant increase in costs even though electric and other forms of fuel have increased significantly in the last few years. The previous year I was using the log fire and 2 oil filled mobile radiators. I wanted to stop using the log fire, because of the mess - dust. Also the inconvenience of having to lug the logs from the road, down 10 steps, and round to the back of the house. As I get older, the more of a chore this will become. I have given the old radiators away, as obviously the wall heaters look so much better and are far more efficient, Regards Trevor

We needed more heating in addition to our gas fire as we wanted to use our Villa all year round. We finally chose Neater Heaters because they are an attractive unit, easily and quickly installed while being very efficient. I found it a simple matter to fit them myself ,only having to drill four holes in each case and plugging into the sockets.
